On Fridays you can negotiate prices to make the best deal you can!! Then on Saturday all will be up for grabs at live auction to the highest bidder, some items may have reserves at live sale .
On occasion we will add a few items to buy now that is not associated with any particular Estate Sale.
There is sales tax and a 10% percent buyer's premium on all sales including the buy it now.
